Payment
We accept cards, UPI, net banking, and wallets through Razorpay's secure checkout. We do not offer Cash on Delivery at this time.
Yes — all payments are processed directly by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We never see or store your full card details on our servers.
This is usually a bank-side decline, an incorrect OTP, or a network issue. No amount is charged on a failed payment; if you see a deduction with no confirmed order, it will be auto-reversed by your bank within a few business days.
Shipping
Most orders arrive within 3–5 business days. Delivery times can vary slightly by location.
Yes — orders above ₹999 ship free. Orders below that threshold have a flat shipping charge shown at checkout.

30 days from the date of delivery, as long as the item is unused, unwashed, and has its original tags attached. Full details on our Return Policy page.
