30-Day Easy Returns
Not the right fit, color, or just changed your mind? You can return most items within 30 days of delivery.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In their original packaging with all tags attached
- Returned within 30 days of the delivery date
Non-Returnable Items
- Innerwear and swimwear, for hygiene reasons
- Items marked "Final Sale" at time of purchase
- Gift cards
- Items damaged due to misuse after delivery
How to Start a Return
- Look up your order using Track Order, or find it in your account under "My Orders"
- Contact us at info@fabricfashion.in or +91 90234 91460 with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return
- We'll confirm eligibility and arrange pickup or provide return instructions
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund
Refunds
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the returned item. You'll get an email confirmation once your refund is processed. Please allow a few extra days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank.
Exchanges
Want a different size or color instead of a refund? Let us know when you contact us — exchanges are subject to availability of the item you'd like instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item — we'll make it right at no extra cost to you, including return shipping.
